To Unit Treasures
It's that time of year again, Budgets are due November 1, 2005 and Financial Reports & Audits by January 1, 2006.
Things to remember:
When preparing your budget the figures from last year proposed budget column go into this years current budget column.
On the financial report be sure to insert the federal ID number; the opening balance is the same figures as the closing balance of last years report. Both the Unit President and the Treasurer must sign the report and all math computation should be checked.
Remember: The members of the Audit committee cannot be part of the Executive Board and the extent of the work performed must be completed
